So this weekend, we met with our emcee to be Bruddah Bryan. He’s an old friend and ex college roommate (shout out to Noelani apartment!), and is holding it down now as one of KCCN FM 100’s radio personalities.
Nimitz Zippy’s was the location of choice as we chatted a bit and discussed the possibilities for the day’s events. We’ve got a few interesting things up our sleeves for our Asian/Japanese-themed shindig, but wanted to do another “reach-out” to all y’all for suggestions you may have for us. Ya know… things you personally enjoy as a guest to a wedding (or even pet peeves of things you don’t like) or unique and interesting things you’ve witnessed. From the program to the music to various activities inspired from the motherland, we’re trying hard to make it a unique event to remember. Holla atcho boy if ya gots any gems for us (post ’em below please)! 🙂
P.S. Thanks for always helping a brutha out with these things. I’ve got a pretty good understanding of what would make a fun event for me as a guy (beer and booty shakin’ music come to mind), but I’m pretty clueless when it comes to a more mainstream, female friendly event. 🙂
